Comfort Suites Eugene

The property is close to the freeway. The room was spacious, clean, & smells really good. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The bonus part was having a 24-hour coffee, tea, and hot water.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were able to check in way before check-in time. The room was huge, the bed very comfortable. There was plenty of space in the bathroom. The toiletries smelled nice. Breakfast offered eggs, waffles, biscuits & gravy, sausages, diverse buns/muffins/toasts/bagels, cheese, yogurt, cereals, and fresh fruit as well as a choice of juices, coffees, and teas. Access to the Interstate and connective routes to Springfield and Eugene are right around, but you couldn't hear any traffic in our room.

Easy to find. Close to I-5, but in an area on the fringe of city noise. Quiet and I’d rate comfortability a solid 8. Gas & groceries very close. Very clean & a friendly accommodating staff.

For the price, I was pleasantly surprised by this location. I’m a news reporter working between two cities and have to stay in hotels for work. The room was spacious and tidy. There’s a coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, and iron in the room. We had random needs come up…scissors, towels, even tampons (emergencies happen), and the front desk was so gracious and helpful. I’ve experienced loud locations, but this one was totally peaceful. My two little ones enjoyed the pool; although, it was closed the second day, and there was a dog in there the first (with his owner and leashed). My kids enjoyed breakfast though I was a bit grumpy and didn’t eat. My son said the waffle I made him was pretty tasty. My only qualms were the shower temperature lever moved on it’s own changing from warm to hot every time I readjusted it and the tiny size of the shampoo/conditioner (though I’m sure as friendly as everyone was, they would’ve gladly given me another).

It was clean!! The staff was so so friendly and nice. We felt safe and the location was perfect! Directly off of I5 AND only 10 minute drive from Cuththbert Amphitheater at Alton Baker Park, Matthew Knight Arena, McDonald Theatre, downtown nightlife and dozens of restaurants.
